If you’ve been on a ketogenic diet for any time, or have been around people that are starting to adopt a ketogenic diet, you’ll hear the question “Is this Keto?” a lot when you’re sharing a meal with them. In the beginning, it is difficult to know what you should be eating and what you shouldn’t be eating. In this series of articles, we will be answering the question “Is this Keto?” for a variety of traditional meal time and snack time favorites. Is Orange Juice Keto?
Sadly, no. It was a favorite of mine for years. I haven’t had a drink of it since 2014. If you look at the label, you’ll find that orange juice is sweeter than my wife of 33 years.

Aldi’s keto-friendly L’Oven Fresh Zero Net Carb Bread has returned to some stores, so you can restock your pantry with a healthy treat. The bread is still not widely available, but it is back in stock in some stores. This means that you can eat bread again, and you can now enjoy delicious French toast and eggs without worrying about carbs or sugars.
Aldi Zero Carb Bread is a great way to make your favorite breakfast menu keto-friendly. It is a convenient and inexpensive solution for those who are looking to go keto. The bread contains no net carbs which is the number of carbohydrates after dietary fiber and sugar alcohol. When storing keto bread, it’s best to keep it in the fridge or freezer. These products retain their freshness and taste for about two weeks. However, if you don’t consume them within two weeks, it can be frozen for up to six months.
You can find commercial keto bread at grocery stores and online. These loaves of bread are available in seeded wheat, golden wheat, and dark wheat varieties. Most mainstream grocery stores stock loaves of bread that are keto-friendly.

How Often Should you Eat Keto French Toast?
I can’t answer that question for you. You’ll have to decide for yourself. Some people have an addiction to sweet things other than their friends and family, and starting down the path of sweets is detrimental.
I’ve maintained a 250-pound weight loss from a ketogenic diet and would have no problem eating it from time to time. But, the prep time and cook time would likely keep me from eating it on a regular basis.
