Can You Make Keto French Toast from Mixes?

For those of you that like to experiment, you can make French Toast from mixes that will give you a head start.

ROSETTE’S is a good example of a company that sells mixes that are delivered conveniently to your home. She even sells sugar-free syrup. ROSETTE’S was created, when Rosette’s husband, Dr. Tro was beginning his weight loss journey. Seeing the effects of sugar and processed carbs on her husband, children, and family members with diabetes made her realize that there is a need for better desserts in the market so she created ROSETTE’S to offer baking mixes instead of finished baked goods. Her products allow you to experience old-time, traditional baking experiences with your family while maintaining a ketogenic lifestyle.

Fox Hill Kitchens offers finished baked goods that they will ship directly to you along with a bread mix. While I’ve never experienced her French Toast, I fell in love with Julie Fox-McClure’s products after having her Grilled Cheese Sandwiches at KetoFest. The 2 Keto Dudes Kitchen even created a French Toast Recipe that you can try when you experiment. You should make an effort to also follow Richard Morris and Carl Franklin, the 2 Keto Dudes, on social media as both are foodies and my long-time friends.

How Often Should you Eat Keto French Toast?

I can’t answer that question for you. You’ll have to decide for yourself. Some people have an addiction to sweet things other than their friends and family, and starting down the path of sweets is detrimental.

I’ve maintained a 250-pound weight loss from a ketogenic diet and would have no problem eating it from time to time. But, the prep time and cook time would likely keep me from eating it on a regular basis.

Until next time, I’ll try to answer that all-important question; Is it Keto?
